Beth Mead scored twice within two minutes, followed by Lauren Hemp, and Stanway added to the tally during a rapid 11-minute spell. A penalty by Stanway closed out a dominant first half, and she completed her hat-trick in the second half. Ella Toone and Alessia Russo also scored, earning their spots on the scoresheet.
