When it comes to Newcastle United TV matches shown by UK broadcasters, the first half dozen:
Sunday 23 August – Newcastle 2 Liverpool 2 Sky Sports
Wednesday 26 August – Newcastle 3 West Brom 2 Sky Sports

On Saturday afternoon we had that rarest thing of all, a Newcastle United match not selected for broadcast by Sky Sports or TNT Sports and at St James’ Park it was 3pm on a Saturday afternoon!

So that is 13 out of the first 15 Newcastle United matches scheduled by UK broadcasters. Although we do now have one 3pm Saturday away match before December!
We still await the early December 2026 Premier League choices from Sky Sports and TNT Sports, that announcement isn’t due until around Monday 19 October.
However, 12 days ago we found out the Premier League matches that had been chosen by UK broadcasters for the festive period. A very rare moment whereby fans have been told well in advance what is scheduled.
For Newcastle United you could all but guarantee how it would turn out when it came to festive Premier League matches:
Saturday 26 December 2026 – Newcastle v Man City (8pm) Sky Sports
Wednesday 30 December 2026 – Newcastle v Forest (7.30pm) Sky Sports
Sunday 3 January 2027 – Chelsea v Newcastle United (2pm) Sky Sports
Thursday 7 January 2027 – Man U v Newcastle United (8pm) Sky Sports
So from the announcements made by broadcasters so far, out of 19 Newcastle United matches, 17 of the 19 having live UK broadcast.
The four Premier League December matches we are still waiting on are (current scheduled dates) Wednesday 2 Dec Man U home, Saturday 5 Dec Sunderland home, Saturday 12 December Ipswich away, Saturday 19 Dec Brentford away.
