I’ve had the privilege to have two articles previously published on The Mag but this will be a very short one.
As Newcastle United fans we must all stick together and support our new head coach.
I know all (well nearly all) of us were very disappointed when Eddie Howe went but…
We experienced similar when Kevin Keegan went the first time (as manager) and when Sir Bobby Robson was replaced.
The club are now building a new Newcastle United team and we MUST give our new Boss one hundred percent backing.
Our club will still be here no matter what, it always has been and it always will be.
So PLEASE lets get behind Matthias Jaissle and the team.
Forget Saturday and Sunday, Jaissle was looking at everyone and indeed there were a few pluses.
Such as Bazoumana Toure in the second half against Strasbourg, the Miley brothers in the Bayer Leverkusen match.
The standout for me was the young Dutch lad, now Sean Steur is going to be a player.
We just need an old hand to steady the ship in midfield.
So come on everyone, lets give our new/newish team all our backing.
Onward and upward…after a while hopefully.
