Dear Mag,

Like the rest of you (the honest ones!) I had never heard of Matthias Jaissle.

My knowledge of Austrian and Saudi domestic football not quite up to scratch, must do better!

I just want to say though, I think our German maestro is doing a stunning job.

It isn’t so much the results (though they do no harm!), more a case of how he has been conducting himself generally.

He has had the team playing some really good football and in such a short space of time to work with them.

Whilst I am loving him in the press conferences and interviews, the sheer contempt he has shown for the daft questions from some of the NUFC media regulars has been top notch.

Whatever happens the rest of this season…and I am sure we are going to have plenty of challenging moments as well as hopefully plenty of highs…I think we have found a good one who should get at least two or three years to give him a chance to develop something potentially special.

Looking at Spurs next 6 fixtures I can’t see them winning any of those 6 games.

So another relegation battle coming up and Zerbi gone by Xmas.

Sorry captain RAT, you say how much you love the club the fans the area?

You say you want a new challenge??

You say you want to win things???

Ok, you had to leave the area you love through work, so stay and enjoy that area, you want a new challenge.

Why you have not met the challenge of winning titles, Europe, cups (oh sorry one, does not make you the best team in world football) that challenge is still here, what challenge is there going to a team like Arsenal who wins things sometimes, you cannot claim to be the big fish in the lake of talent they have.

Your love of Newcastle fans has been proven to be false, when you walk around kissing the new badge and rejoicing the way you did and showing relief at leaving the people you said you love, is nothing shy of false, we placed our faith in our captain fantastic, and it has has been spat back at us, for nothing more than a few quid.

You earned a very nice living with us, hundreds of thousands at Newcastle, if you cannot live off that I’m sorry for you.

YOU cannot buy happiness, you will just have money and bright lights, but those lights will fade, the love from the Toon Army would of stayed, until you stuck the two fingers up at us.

Just look at the love for Shearer and the tribute to the great King Kev, you were there but now you are just another money grabbing mercenary Rat.

Strange how you like to quote the facts when it suits , yet you have to bend the truth about your formation date to try and give yourselves a bit more history . You were formed in 1892 , no ifs or buts . It’s quite embarrassing to see your attempts to pinch a few years . P.S. Sunderland played at St James’ Park before Newcastle United did . FACT.

Hi fellas, first of all thanks for everything you do on the site and please keep up the good work!

I am sure you are aware already, but as somebody who sits in the strawberry corner second row from the back I am utterly dismayed by the positioning of the new screen in front of our seats.

After several emails backwards and forwards with the club it is clear they have no intention of listening to any reasonable requests. In fact, their latest reply suggested duplicating the screen at the back too which would make concentrating on the Match even more difficult than it has already become. I attach for clarity a photograph (see above) of our new view of the ground. I cannot believe that the club think that this is in any way fair on the supporters affected.

I’m not sure if you are able to publicise this or pick up the baton in any way but the only way I see any progress being made would be a group complaint signed by the many fans affected which would take some organisation and your platform may be a good way forward to enable this should you feel inclined to help?

Your thoughts would be greatly valued.

Dear Mag,

Tonali doesn’t look like he wants to play for Spurs when he is on the pitch.

100 million? He is worth 30 million at the most.

The other signings were overpaid as well, put Tonali on the transfer list asap no use keeping a player who doesn’t want to play for you.

Dear Mag,

It is a funny old game, as somebody once said.

A few weeks ago who could have predicted how we are all feeling now?

Nothing has been achieved yet BUT clearly the predictions of undoubted disaster were all a bit daft.

In the next few weeks time maybe everything will have gone wrong.

Even if that is the case though, I will still think there are plenty of positives now taking us forward for the longer-term.
