The Newcastle United owners have now injected a massive cash payment into the football club.

This has been revealed by Companies House.

The Newcastle United owners putting £95m into the football club.

The public records show that this happened on 19 October 2026.

However, there is always a time delay of normally a couple of weeks after the details are submitted to Companies House before this can be seen by the public.

The Newcastle United owners will no doubt then formally declare it themselves in an official statement in the near future.

However, the Newcastle United owners are duty bound legally to file the info with Companies House.

The £95m injection of capital is done via a mechanism of allotting one new share.

The official Companies House records then show the Newcastle United owners stating that this one extra share allotted only for the purposes of injecting further cash into the club.
