An official Newcastle United injury update ahead of the  Fulham match.

Eddie Howe hoping to build on seven points from the last three matches, wins against Brighton and West Ham as well as a draw at Forest.

Newcastle are now eleventh in the Premier League on 49 points with this one match remaining.

Eddie Howe giving this Newcastle United injury update ahead of playing Fulham on Sunday at 4pm.

United could finish as high as ninth or as low as fourteenth, depending on the results in these final couple of hours of this Premier League season.

Official Newcastle United injury update from Eddie Howe:

Eddie Howe on Sandro Tonali who was forced off due to injury in the win over West Ham:

“Sandro, potentially, will be available, we will look at him again today, don’t think it is anything serious.”

Fabian Schar

Eddie Howe had previously confirmed that the Swiss defender won’t be available for this Fulham match that ends the season. However, on Friday morning the Head Coach has said a new contract offer has been made, so hopefully Schar has not played his last ever Newcastle United match.

Tino Livramento

Another set to be missing on Sunday. The Head Coach having previously stated that the England full-back is also unlikely to play a part in this Fulham game.

So it looks like at least four or five Newcastle United players set to be unavailable. Lewis Miley, Tino Livramento, Emil Krafth and Fabian Schar. With Joelinton also looking set to miss out after a thigh injury ruled him out of the West Ham game. Hopefully Sandro Tonali ok to play at Craven Cottage, so it is not half a dozen missing.
