Newcastle United revealing: ‘A date and kick-off time has been set for Newcastle United’s Carabao Cup second round tie at home to West Bromwich Albion. The Magpies were handed a home draw against the Championship side, who claimed a 4-1 away win against Rotherham United in Round One. It has been confirmed that the game will take place at St. James’ Park on Wednesday 26 August, with kick-off set at 7:45pm (BST).’

The second round at St James’ Park falls in between Premier League matches against Liverpool at home and Spurs away.
