The Germany World Cup squad has now been announced.

Julian Nagelsmann naming the 26 players he will take to the 2026 World Cup finals.

Ahead of the full Germany World Cup squad announcement, the German Football Association (DFB) had confirmed 10 of the 26 players.

In a series of videos earlier today, the following players officially revealed as part of Julian Nagelsmann’s squad: Joshua Kimmich (FC Bayern), Deniz Undav (VfB Stuttgart), Nico Schlotterbeck (Borussia Dortmund), Kai Havertz (Arsenal), Jamal Musiala (FC Bayern), Jamie Leweling (VfB Stuttgart), Nathaniel Brown (Eintracht Frankfurt), Aleksandar Pavlovic (FC Bayern) and David Raum (RB Leipzig), Nadiem Amiri (Mainz).

Now the full 26 Germany squad (see below) has been named, Newcastle United duo Nick Woltemade and Malick Thiaw are included!

This means there will be at least five Newcastle United players at the 2026 World Cup finals.

Last week Graham Potter named Anthony Elanga in his 26 man Sweden squad. Then Yoane Wissa was selected in the 26 man DR Congo squad. Followed by Brazil boss Carlo Ancelotti including Bruno Guimaraes but no place for his Newcastle United teammate Joelinton.
