Sean Steur has been quizzed by Dutch media about his move to Newcastle United.
The 18-year-old having moved to Tyneside from Ajax for a reported £23m transfer fee this summer.
Now Sean Steur is away on international duty.
His form for Newcastle United leading to a first ever call up to the Netherlands Under 21s.
They have matches these next two weeks against the Under 21 sides of Norway, Slovenia and Bosnia & Herzegovina.
Ahead of these games, Sean Steur talking to ESPN NL and asked if Newcastle United has proved to be the right move: “I’m very happy with it…I’m very happy at Newcastle United and how everything has went. I am very much in my place there.”
Sean Steur having to adapt to the step up of the Premier League: “How football is experienced there is next level. I learn a lot and you train and play at a high level. It can only benefit you. So far everything is very good and I’m very happy.”
Moving at such a young age to another club, another league, another country, Sean Steur declaring: “I chose a new adventure…I think I have made a very good choice.”
