Looking at these Premier League fixtures on Saturday, in this latest round of matches.

Seeing the other games from a Newcastle United perspective.

This eighth round of Premier League fixtures.

Four Premier League matches today.

Newcastle United taking on Crystal Palace tomorrow at 2pm.

As a Newcastle United fan, have a look at these Premier League fixtures on Saturday and have a think about what you’d like to happen and what is most likely in terms of results.

My conclusions and predictions on the Saturday matches now coming up:

Aston Villa v Manchester City (12.30pm)

Villa are finding some form but Man City have won all of their seven Premier League matches.

Indeed, Man City have won 10 games this season and the only exception was when losing to the best team in the world, PSG.

The injury to Semenyo is a blow but then they have Cherki and Doku to choose from as well, plus Ndiaye who was easily Everton’s best player before he was spirited away.

I think Villa will give them a game but Man City to win by at least a couple of goals.

Arsenal v Everton (3pm)

Arsenal are doing okay with results but not convincing.

Last time out in the league they scored via a deflection, their only shot on target against Forest.

I fancy Everton to get a draw here. They are rubbish to watch but pretty resilient. They didn’t lose in their first eight games of the season in all competitions until defeat to Chelsea last time.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this is goalless.

Coventry v Fulham (3pm)

You wouldn’t be surprised at any outcome here.

Both teams have improved to a degree in recent performances but I think with home advantage Coventry can win this.

Chelsea v Tottenham (5.30pm)

Spurs have actually become relatively difficult to score against. Having conceded five in their opening two defeats to Brentford and Newcastle United, in four of their last five games they have only conceded two goals in over six hours of football. The exception was losing 3-2 to Villa.

Chelsea score and concede plenty, so this is unlikely to be goalless. Most people will expect Chelsea to win but if Spurs continue to be relatively solid at the back, I fancy them to get a draw or even shock everyone with an away win if they find some form at the other end of the pitch.
