Official Newcastle United injury update from Eddie Howe:
Sven Botman
Great news on the centre-back, with Eddie Howe on Friday morning saying he expects the Dutch defender to be back in the matchday squad tomorrow.
Lewis Miley
The Head Coach saying that whilst the teenager won’t be available on Saturday night, he should be back available by a fortnight’s time at the latest.
Yoane Wissa
The striker will also miss the Man City.
However, Eddie Howe thinks Wissa could be available against Qarabag on Tuesday.
Tino Livramento
The United boss saying Tino is making good progress but that early March is still the time when he expects him back.
Great to hear Sven Botman is now following Joelinton in terms of back in contention now to play.
For this Manchester City match though, Eddie Howe still set to be without Bruno, Schar, Wissa, Tino, Krafth and Miley.
