The draw taking place ahead of Plymouth Argyle v Exeter City, the final first round match.
The Carabao Cup second round draw saw the introduction of the 11 Premier League Clubs not participating in European competitions.
The Carabao Cup is regionalised until Round Three, with the draws for Rounds One and Two split into Northern and Southern sections.
Plymouth won 2-0 against Exeter and so here are the 46 clubs that will play in the second round and who they have been drawn against.
