The 18-year-old has travelled to Murcia to link up with the rest of the squad.
Rory Finneran and his international teammates have three friendlies lined up, playing Grenada on Saturday 16 May, Qatar on Thursday 28 May, then Canada on Saturday 6 June.
The rising star only turned 18 in February and has been a key player for the Newcastle United Under 21s this season.
Against serious competition from countless clubs he signed for Newcastle United from Blackburn Rovers in 2024.
Rory Finneran captained the Republic Of Ireland Under-17s that made it through to the last 16 of the Under 17 World Cup in Qatar last year.
