There has been leaked news of the England squad.
Thomas Tuchel set to name his last get together before the end of the league season later today.
However, David Ornstein of The Athletic says he has knowledge of a number of call ups.
David Ornsetein revealing: “Kobbie Mainoo returns to England squad ahead of Uruguay and Japan friendlies. Lewis Hall rewarded for superb form with call-up and chance to become 1st choice left-back.”
An absolute no-brainer that Lewis Hall is not only in the England squad BUT also in the England team.
He has been absolutely brilliant this season, my Newcastle United player of the season so far.
The man from The Athletic adding: “Harry Maguire also back in group. Adam Wharton among those to keep place.”
Lewis Hall was just coming back from injury when the last England squad met up in November 2025.
He is fully deserving of this call from Thomas Tuchel, who was manager at Chelsea when Lewis Hall was emerging.
England will face Uruguay on March 27 before taking on Japan on March 31.
